We offer two main approaches depending on your event:

Quick Catering is perfect for office lunches, team meetings, and informal gatherings. Order a party-sized batch of shawarma, falafel, hummus, pita, and sides. We package everything for easy setup. Minimum 10 people, 24-hour notice required, 50% deposit to confirm.

Traditional Feast catering is for special occasions — graduations, weddings, engagement parties, family celebrations. This is where the full Palestinian banquet experience comes in. We can prepare traditional feast dishes including stuffed lamb, Mansaf, Oozi, Qedrah, and full mashawi (mix grill) spreads. Call for pricing and availability. These orders require more lead time — one week minimum, two weeks for weddings and large events.

What We Can Cater

Our regular catering menu includes any combination of our restaurant dishes scaled up for groups: shawarma platters, kafta kabob, chicken tikka, falafel spreads, hummus and dip stations, and grilled seafood. All chicken and beef dishes use halal-certified meat.

For traditional feast events, we expand to dishes not on our regular menu: Mansaf (lamb and rice cooked in fermented yogurt sauce), Oozi (spiced rice with slow-cooked lamb), Qedrah (a one-pot rice and meat dish), and whole stuffed lamb. These are dishes you will not find catered by anyone else in the Cedar Rapids area.
